second session

much more kicking needed - try 4 kicks per stroke , 2 overhead, 2 pulling

rotation - using kickboard, placing hand on kickboard

hand placement - hands flat - grab the water

exercise:

catch up with rotation on kickboard
catch up without kicks

first session

technique:

head neutral or down
kicks under the water
arms out in front much more


exercises:

catchup on board
6 kicks with one arm out, then change
